CannaControl iOS App

  • We do not collect personal information from users of the CannaControl app.
  • We collect non-personal, non-identifiable usage analytics through Mixpanel to understand app performance, feature adoption, and user engagement patterns. This helps us improve the app experience.
  • Your tracking data remains private. There is no backend server for CannaControl; data is stored on your device and, when you enable it, synced via iCloud.
  • Mood and emotions are securely written to Apple Health via HealthKit. CannaControl does not read other health data.

CannaControl Website

  • We collect general location information (country only) through Cloudflare Analytics to understand website usage patterns.
  • You may submit information through beta access or support/feedback flows on our website. We use that information only to process your request.

2. How We Use Information

  • App usage analytics are used solely to improve app performance, understand feature adoption, and enhance user experience. This data is not linked to any individual user.
  • General location data (city/country when available, and country only where collected) helps us understand our user base and improve our services, but cannot be used to identify individual users.
  • Website analytics help us understand general usage patterns and improve our website experience.
  • Information submitted through website flows is used only to process your request (for example, beta access or support/feedback).

3. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
  • Submissions are processed securely and only accessed by authorized team members.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Mixpanel is used for app analytics. Mixpanel processes non-personal, aggregated data only. Please review Mixpanel’s privacy policy for more information.
  • Cloudflare is used to host our website and provide basic analytics (such as visit counts and country data). No personal or identifiable information is collected or shared through Cloudflare.
